Returns Policy:

  3. Ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  5. Return the product to our designated address within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our returns policy and place a new order for the desired item.
